Placing an order

Find an item you want to buy, choose a quantity and click "Add to cart" button. After this you will be given options to view your cart and checkout or continue shopping. You can add as many items to your cart as you want and then pay for all of them in one go. If you have a discount code use it at the checkout.

If you can't find what you want please contact me and I will make it for you.

You can pay via PayPal or credit card. You don't have to have a PayPal account in order to use it for payment.

After the payment is complete you will receive an order confirmation via email and we will start processing it. Once it is complete it will be shipped and you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track your order in your account providing you created one, or you can use the tracking number to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Shipping

Depending on the item you bought and on how many orders are in line processing time can be anywhere from 1-2 days to a few weeks. The busiest time is around Christmas starting from September-October. Orders can take up to 6 weeks to process. I am a "one-person-business" so there might be delays if I am overloaded with orders. I will be grateful for your understanding with this and your patience.

There is so many hours n a day and if I am overloaded with orders it might take longer than usual to process them. Please be patient, I have not forgotten about you.

I use Royal Mail Tracked service for all items with the value £20 and higher. Having a tracking number will protect you as a customer and me as a seller from all kind of misunderstanding.

Items with the price lower than £20 are shipped via standard post without a tracking number.

Once an order is shipped it is out of my control and is the shipping company responsibility. There might be delays, especially during Christmas and public holidays periods. Please be patient, your parcel will arrive eventually. I almost never have parcels go missing so there is a very little chance your order is lost on its way to you.

If your order is marked as "delivered" on the post website there is little I can do. You might want to go around your neighbourhood and see if it was delivered to the wrong door or even go to the post office and deal with the situation there. File a police report for a stolen parcel. I can't help much on my end in this situation as the post office will not do anything here if the tracking number says "Delivered".

Returns and refunds

If you changed your mind you can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After that I might still be able to cancel your order but I will keep back the money I already spent on materials for your item and won't be able to refund your payment in full.

If you changed your mind after 24 hours since purchasing or when your order is almost done and ready for shipping I will hold back 50% of the price of the item excluding shipping.

If you changed your mind after the item is already shipped you will need to contact me and then ship the item back to me at your own expense, unused and in the same package you received it. After I receive the item back I will inspect it and issue a full refund excluding the original shipping cost. If the item looks used or damaged in any way I will hold back the cost of damage from your refund.

I do my best to describe the product in full details and the photos are very clear. Please read the description carefully as it says what you should expect to receive. Each and every item is fully handmade and there are no two identical ones. There may be some differences between what you see in the listing photos and what you will receive. It is normal for handmade items and for such material as leather.

I will never ship an order if I am not happy with the item quality myself. So if you received a damaged thing please carefully inspect the parcel to see if maybe it was broken/damaged on its way. If so take detailed photos of the packaging and the item and send them to me. I will take it from there.

If this is the case I will ask you to ship the wrong item back to me and replace/refund your order. You have to contact me first and then ship it via tacked services with acceptable cost. I will refund you return shipping but only if it is reasonable. Contact me.
